Shipping confirmation:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping issues:
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team promptly with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns

Return window:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
Non-returnable items:

Return process:
